Working with Ian and his team since 2014 Vir2ue support the Mitel PBX at our London HQ and corporate offices, as well as the regional branches. The services supported in the corporate offices includes Mitel Phone System Maintenance, FCA Call recording, BT Wholesale Line Rental and UPS maintenance for on premise power redundancy.
Vir2ue have assisted our admin and facilities team with weekly review meetings providing invaluable advice and proactive support, so we can plan for future technology advancements and important changes that may affect the business.

We have been working with Vir2ue since 2014 when they installed a new Mitel Phone System and ISDN30 phone lines and replacing an old legacy Nortel Option phone system and IPC Dealerboard system.We have always found them extremely supportive and professional in helping our organisation concerning our Telecoms and Data Service requirements.
Since the start of Pandemic, Vir2ue have assisted our business in setting up our employees to work remotely and migrating us to a Managed SIP service to support a bespoke disaster recovery plan, future proofing our technology in advance of the PSTN network shutdown.
Gearing up for a return to the office, Vir2ue have recently installed Dual Carrier Ethernet circuits to increase our current bandwidth and reduce costs on the previous circuits that were in place.
One of the main benefits of working with Vir2ue is that I have been able to build a relationship with their employees from their customer support team, right through to their Managing Director Ian who fully understand our business and the services that we require.
If I ever need any assistance or advice from Ian or his team, they are always on hand to support me and my staff members providing a first class service which you simply don’t get from the larger Telecoms companies such as BT.
As a private ambulance business we were expanding our operation to the North West of England to support a new contract, as a result we engaged with Vir2ue Communications to provide a Hosted Contact Centre solution to support the needs of our contracts.
Once the new office location was identified, Ian and his team visited site, which resembled a building site at the time. Despite this, Vir2ue was able to deliver a tailored call centre solution that fitted into our budget and more importantly our timescale deadlines.
We ordered a diverse data circuit with a primary Ethernet service of 100mbs on a 1gbs bearer with an FTTC backup, overlaid by a Horizon VOIP solution that included an Akixi call reporting program which was delivered onto Wallboards. A Ubiquiti Wi-Fi solution covering the ground floor space and 1st floor call centre.
The services were delivered ahead of time which allowed our IT team to fully test the contact centre software prior to go live.
As the building was set within an industrial estate there was a number of power outages which affected normal service, however by using the hosted UC and contact centre, Vir2ue were able to divert all inbound calls to our Dartford office to provide continuation of service so we could support our contracts without incurring any penalties.
As a project from start to finish, I cannot speak highly enough the team that Ian has ensembled at Vir2ue.
